Refund Policy
Should THE STUDENT(S) enrollment be terminated or canceled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:
Cancellation should be by electronic mail.
All money will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.
Cancellation after the third (3rd) Business Day, but before the first class will result in a refund of 75% of the total paid.
In case of withdrawal of THE STUDENT for any reason, except for the cases provided for in the previous points, THE STUDENT(S) waives any refund of the money paid for the classes.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of the student's enrollment or receipt of a Student Cancellation Notice.
Any refund will incur a $35 administrative fee.
MINDBRIDGE BILINGUAL ACADEMY LLC reserves the financial instrument to make the reimbursement.

We want to emphasize that throughout the process of determining appropriate disciplinary action or resolution, all parties will be contacted, and circumstances will be thoroughly evaluated. However, individuals will have five days to appeal any determination of sanctions. These appeals should be directed to a higher authority at MindBridge Bilingual Academy LLC, who will reassess the determination as they see fit.
